The R&D center is located in Shenzhen NANSHAN District which gathered many high-tech enterprises of China, and the factory is located in third industrial Park block A (Teng Feng Road) of the Forest Park of LANTAU Peak 2 kilometers northeast of the Shenzhen BAOAN International Airport.
We have complete SMT and assembly equipments, as well as professional testing instruments on ageing, high and low temperature, thermalshock, CI thermal imaging detection, vibration, rain, corrosion test. The company is declaring national key laboratories and national high-tech enterprise qualification, is expected to pass the audit in June 2013.
In December 2012, we passed the TS/16949 quality system audit of auto parts industry. Using Toyota ' Just-in-time ' Lean production management to reduce material inventory, we adopt the Nissan ANPQP system to carry out production field management of the eight control procedure.
